Flash Gadgets // Foto Flash Sdn Bhd (551305-H) is not liable if the incorrect or missing shipping information is provided at checkout. 

We are not liable to refund or change the delivery address once the shipment is picked up by courier company. 

In the event that a wrong or incomplete shipping information is provided, customer will be liable for all additional shipping fees incurred. 

Please ensure all of your shipping details are 100% complete and correct before placing the order. If shipping information has been entered incorrectly, please contact our Customer Care at WhatsApp http://wa.me/60123328340 within one (1) hour of your order placement.

Shipping Fees & Delivery Time

All orders will be shipped out within 2 (two) business days (Monday to Friday, Exclude Public Holiday) from the date that payment is authorised and verified, not from the date that it is placed. Please note that we do not ship on Weekends and Public Holidays. You will receive a notification email that will notify you of the tracking number and the courier company we have used to ship your order. Our current courier partner is DHL eCommerce and Ninja Van.

Shipping time may vary due to product availability. Flash Gadgets // Foto Flash Sdn Bhd reserves the rights to cancel any orders that involve product availability in which the customers will be contacted.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected natural occurrences, ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited from our warehouses.

Pre-Order/ Backorder Items 

For pre-order or backorder items, your order will take about 15-30 business days to fulfil as stated in the product page prior to adding to cart. If your order consists of both ready stock and pre-order items, whole order will be shipped upon pre-order item(s) arrivals. If you wish your ready stock to be shipped first, kindly contact us for further arrangement.

Same Day Delivery

We provide same day delivery upon request by customer, a fee will be charged based on travel range for order below RM500. 

Same day delivery cut-off time is before 3 p.m. ( Monday – Friday ), and subject to immediate stocks availability.

Our same day delivery will be fulfil by Lalamove and Ninja Van, and only for the location below:-
