Register your purchase within 28 days we will provide you with a free third year warranty

1. Please contact us before walk in for warranty claims.

2. Faulty product within 30 days from the customer's date of purchase can be replaced if it is an obvious manufacturing fault.

3. Any manufacturing faults outside of the 30 days but within 2 years of 'date of purchase' (or three years if the customer has registered within 28 days of purchase) should walk in to the distributor or an appointed service centre.

4. Any repairs outside of the 2/3 year guarantee period or faults caused by the consumer through misuse should be charged for by the distributor or an appointed service centre.
